Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating what extent of the value an information system has at a site where the information system is actually used. SOLUTION: This method has four calculating means, i.e., a system contribution degree calculating means 10, a system quality calculating means 20, a user expecting degree calculating means 30 and a user satisfaction degree calculating means 40, and they respectively perform calculations in each business participated in by the information system of an evaluation object. The method integrates the four calculation results and collectively display the results obtained by calculating all jobs constituting one job process by a system contribution degree displaying means 50.
