Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a magnetic force for driving an armature. SOLUTION: This viscous fluid feeding valve 10 is provided with a valve element 12 defining a fluid chamber and a stepped armature 16 arranged therein. The armature 16 includes a first part 102 defining a first clearance 134 toward the inside face of the valve element 12 by holding the distance from the inside face and a small-diameter second part 100 engaged with the inside face of the valve element 12 so as to support the armature 16 in the valve element 12 and defining a second clearance 130 with a low magnetic resistance. When exciting a solenoid coil 20 by a peak hold type driving current, a magnetic field is formed to move the armature 16 relative to a magnetic pole piece 14 and the valve element 12. When the second part 100 is saturated by the magnet in a peak part of the driving current, a magnetic flux aims at the first part 102 inside. The second part 100 gets rid of the saturated state in a driving current hold part so that a part of the magnetic flux passes through the clearance 130 with low magnetic resistance. |
