Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe for an internal combustion engine, in which a size of a muffler is reduced by reducing noise in the process of flowing exhaust gas, and is formed by mainly using inexpensive common steel even if the exhaust pipe is for a gas turbine. SOLUTION: The exhaust pipe is connected to an exhaust port of the internal combustion engine to guide the exhaust gas to a predetermined position. A perforated plate 22 is arranged inside an external body 24 to partition and form an internal flow passage 20 in which the exhaust gas flows. A heat insulation material or a heat insulation material having sound absorbing effect fills at least part of a portion between the external body 24 and the perforated plate 22.
