Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade of rotary machine capable of reducing working man-hours and working costs for regulating natural frequency by avoiding directly executing mechanical work when the natural frequency is regulated, and capable of preventing reduction of a performance by eliminating change a blade outer shape. SOLUTION: In a blade composed of a plurality of blade parts which are disposed along a circumferential direction on an outer periphery of a disk which is rotatably driven and on which a blade profile is formed, a blade root part implanted on the disk, and a blade end part for composing a tip end surface of each blade part, a hollow part is formed in each blade parts, and a filling matter having a prescribed mass is filled in each hollow part. In a cooling blade, each hollow part is formed in a radial direction in a wall faced to a cooling agent passage of each blade part, and a filling matter having a prescribed mass is filled in all or a part of the hollow parts.
