Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for road tunnel capable of retaining the internal environment of a tunnel at a reference value or more and realizing the efficient operation of a ventilator by determining the operating state of the ventilator from the information for contamination value in a plurality of observation points within the tunnel. SOLUTION: This device comprises a contamination value detector for detecting contamination values in observation points within a road tunnel and a contamination deterioration rate calculating device for calculating the contamination deterioration rate from the contamination values. The internal environment of the tunnel is controlled on the basis of the contamination deterioration rate.
