Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a clamping screw for installing a non-slip plate onto a fuel tank at a position lower than the height position of the non-slip plate, and to improve a scaffold on the fuel tank. SOLUTION: The non-slip plate 17 is mounted on the top-face plate 8B of the fuel tank 8 while a front-side screw seat 9 and a rear-side screw seat 10 are secured to the front-surface plate 8C and rear-surface plate 8D of the fuel tank 8 respectively as being positioned on the lower side of the top-face plate 8B. A bent plate section 18 set up at the front end of the non-skid plate 17 is fitted to the front-side screw seat 9 by using the clamping screw 20, and the clamping screw 20 is covered with a decorative cover 12 from the outside. A bent plate section 19 installed at the rear end of the non-skid plate 17 is mounted on the rear-side screw seat 10 by using the clamping screw 21, and the clamping screw 21 is covered with the upper plate 15C of a working-fluid tank 15 from the upper side.
