METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING BLAST FURNACE AND ASSEMBLING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method and an assembling device of a blast furnace which can lower the necessary capacity for a heavy weight facility lifting and shorten the working time. SOLUTION: In the assembling method, which assembles in order partial mantels 11-21 dividing the furnace body of the blast furnace 10 into plural pieces in the horizontal direction, rails 37 are laid on a casting floor 34 and an iron shell member is welded in annular state on carriages 40, 41 traveling by disposed on the rails 37, and at least one partial mantel 11 is manufactured. Thereafter, the partial mantel 11 is carried into a furnace body derrick 24 together with the carriage 41, and this assembling method is provided with a first process for hanging and supporting the partial mantel 11 by using plural center hole jackets 30 disposed in the furnace body derrick 24 and a second process for welding horizontal gaps of the partial mantel 11 with the other partial mantel 12.
