Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid fuel by effectively making use of a combustible waste, not requiring a large amount of energy consumption obtaining the solid fuel regardless of a resin amount contained in the waste and not contaminating an environment by a harmful component. SOLUTION: This combustible waste 1 is mixed with at least a CaO component or the CaO and SiO2 components. The obtained mixture is subjected to pressure forming and a hydrothermal treatment and solidified into a solid body.
