SOLUTION: The objective sulfated polysaccharide derivative includes sulfated polysaccharides represented by general formula (1) as an essential component (wherein R is OH or OSO3H; n is an integer of 1-5) and is cross-linked with a polycationic substance such as protein. The sulfated polysaccharides according to this invention is useful as an oral care medicines, cosmetics or lubricants.
