Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medicaments which hardly has side effects such as drug dependency and is useful as a therapeutic or prophylactic drug for lifestyle habit-based diseases caused by obesity, eating disorder and/or corpulency. SOLUTION: The medicaments are a therapeutic or prophylactic drug for lifestyle habit-based diseases caused by obesity, eating disorder and/or corpulency which comprises a pyrrolidinone derivative represented by general formula (1) or a pharmacologically permissive salt thereof as an active component. Thus, the compound represented by general formula (1) has antifeeding activity as a drug having affinity for a sigma receptor and is useful as a therapeutic or prophylactic drug for lifestyle habit-based diseases caused by obesity, eating disorder and/or corpulency.
