Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ferment and decompose organic waste by microorganisms and simultaneously suppress the discharge of carbon dioxide generated during the above treatment to the atmosphere and the discharge of odorous components generated during the above treatment to the outside. SOLUTION: The gas containing carbon dioxide generated in a treatment tank 3 provided with an organic waste disposal device 1 and a carbon dioxide fixing device 2 for fixing carbon dioxide and carrying out the fermentation and decomposition treatments, is supplied to the carbon dioxide fixing device 2 to be fixed, and the odorous components are removed simultaneously in the carbon dioxide fixing device 2. The gas treated in the carbon dioxide fixing device 2 is returned to the treatment tank 3 again through an exhaust pipe 18.
