Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regenerating balls for bowling which is capable of inexpensively and easily regenerating the used balls for bowling with good quality without discarding the balls. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface 11 of the used ball for bowling is removed and the ball is held into a mold 30 internally having a spherical cavity C larger in diameter than the outer diameter of the ball 10A after the removal of the outer peripheral surface in such a manner that finger hole part 15A of the ball faces upward and a molding space S remains between the outer peripheral surface of the ball and a cavity surface C1. A resin raw material M is packed into the molding space to form a repair resin layer K on the outer peripheral surface of the ball.
