INDWELLING NEEDLE ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a indwelling needle assembly which is excellent in operability of needling operation, pulling out operation of an inner needle, etc., and is high in safety on scrapping processing, etc. SOLUTION: This indwelling needle assembly 1 is provided with a hollow outer needle 2, an outer needle hub 3 fixed to the base end part of the outer needle, the inner needle 4 to be put through the outer needle 2, an inner needle hub 5 fixed to the base end part of the inner needle 4, a protector 6 which can be moved relatively to the inner needle hub 5 and is capable of housing the needle tip 41 of at least the inner needle 4, and a stopper mechanism 7 installed at the base end part of the inner needle hub 5. The mechanism 7 has an engaging member 71, and an energizing member 72 for energizing the member 71 and is installed at the hub 5 rotatably. In a state where the hub 5 is moved in the direction of the base end of the protector 6 and the needle tip 41 of the needle 4 is housed in the protector, the base end part of the member 71 is engaged at the base end of the protector to prevent the needle tip 41 from being moved to ward the tip end.
