Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clearing platform which can speedily perform a clearing process at low cost when an article charged transfer contract is made between individuals and carries out billing and payment. SOLUTION: This clearing platform 20 clears the money for an article which is registered at an auction site 100 from a seller's terminal 40 after a selling and buying contract is made according to the intention showing to buy the article from a buyer's terminal 50 or after the article whose contract has been reserved is collected from the seller and delivered to the buyer, and is equipped with a credit information providing server 21 which issues credit approval to the buyer, a means 23 which charges the buyer after the article is delivered to the buyer, and a means 24 which pays for the article to the seller.
