Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that contents information is not displayed at all on the display screen of an information processor and a user has to spend meaningless time during the time in the case that the contents information which is the object of downloading is huge and long time is required for downloading. SOLUTION: A contents information management server transmits the contents information to the information processor which requests the transmission of the contents information and the information processor downloads the contents information to a prescribed storage means inside the information processor. An advertisement information management server transmits advertisement information relating to the contents information to the information processor and the information processor outputs the advertisement information to an output means by utilizing the time required for downloading the contents information.
