SYSTEM FOR OPTIMIZING PRODUCTION PLAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for optimizing a production plan, which can be quickly and rationally decided which is not to be decided based on any experience or intuition for trail and error, but which can be applied even to a plant complex whose constitution is complicated. SOLUTION: This system 10 for optimizing a production plan is provided with an object plant setting part 12 for inputting a plant being the object of the optimization of production plan in a plant complex, a constraint conditions input part 14 for inputting constraint conditions to the objective plant, a logic- defining part 16 for formulating a production plan problem including the examination for the need for the stop of the operation of the objective plant as a mathematical plan problem, based on information outputted from the objective plant setting part and the constraint condition inputting part, a plant model defining part 18 for formulating a unit formula and a material balance formula or the like as a mathematical plan model, an optimization calculating part 20 for optimizing a production plan, so that required production costs can be minimized by calculating optimization according to the mathematical plan problem models formulated by the logic defining part 16 and the plant model defining part 18, and an outputting part 22 for outputting the calculated result.
