Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that rain water infiltrates into a casing from a vent hole caused by negative pressure generated within the case when the casing is cooled by rain. SOLUTION: In outdoor installation type electronic equipment having the a waterproof casing a pressure mitigating means 3 for mitigating a pressure change within the casing 1 is provided on a part of the casing 1 by varying volume according to the pressure change within the casing 1. Since the pressure mitigating means 3 mitigates the pressure change, even if pressure within the casing varies due to variation of an outside temperature, pressure within the casing 1 can be maintained almost constant. Since a vent hole to be opened to the atmosphere is not required to be provided in the casing 1, rain water does not infiltrate into the casing 1 from the vent hole, even if negative pressure is generated within the casing 1.
