Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking apparatus for a vehicle, which can be changed from the one with a keyless locking mechanism to the one without the keyless locking mechanism or vice versa, only by exchanging a simple component part when it is built. SOLUTION: When the door locking apparatus without the keyless locking mechanism is constructed, an open lever 30, a lock plate 31, and a fork 32 are exchanged. According to the thus exchanged door locking apparatus, when an inner lock knob is operated to lock the same in order to carry out keyless locking with the door in an open state, a projective portion 31a of the lock plate 31 touches the open lever 30, and therefore the inner lock knob cannot be operated when the door is opened. Therefore, even if the door is closed with an outer handle of the door being operated to open the same, engagement state of the door is kept in an unlocked state.
