Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous paint which gives a good finish quality even if wet-on-wet painting of a solvent-type clear paint or a powder clear paint is carried out on an aqueous paint using a resin containing a highly-hydrophobic functional group. SOLUTION: The aqueous paint contains (A) a resin for an aqueous paint which resin contains a highly-hydrophobic functional group and is soluble or dispersible in water, and (B) a polymer which can swell in water. Because the polymer which can swell in water forms a three-dimensional network structure in the aqueous paint, the viscosity of the aqueous paint is not easily decreased even if an organic solvent or a resin moves to the aqueous paint from a layered paint painted on the aqueous paint.
