FILM LAMINATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminating apparatus capable of preventing a damage of a film in the case of deep drawing or ironing a film laminated metal sheet by accurately controlling so that crystallinity of the film after laminating on a surface of the metal film becomes a desired substantially constant value and controlling the film so as to be uniformly noncrystallized. SOLUTION: In the film laminating apparatus, a primary heater 4, a laminator 5, a secondary heater 6 and coolers (13, 14, 8) are sequentially disposed along a pass line of the metal sheet S. In this case, a plastic film f is laminated on the metal sheet after heating by the primary heater. The film laminating apparatus also comprises a crystallinity controller 30 for controlling to feed back so that the crystallinity of the film becomes a desired substantially constant value by controlling a heating operation of the secondary heating in response to a detected result by directly detecting the crystallinity of the film of the film laminated metal sheet S' after heating by the secondar heater.
