Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a flange having excellent heat resistance and impact resistance at a lower part of a body by forming of a noncrystalline polyester sheet by thermoforming and further excellent transparency of a container wall and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the container comprising the flange, the body and a closed bottom formed of a sheet having a thermoplastic polyester layer containing an ethylene terephthalate unit as a main body by thermoforming, a wall of the body is orientation crystallized so as to have a crystallinity by a density method of 15% or more, and the wall of the body has orientation characteristics for satisfying formulae (1), (2) and (3) measuring them according to an X-ray diffraction of a curved PSPC microdiffractometer, wherein Iu(-110) is a diffraction intensity of an index of plane (-110) when the X-ray is incident perpendicular to a wall surface of the container and an axial direction of the container is a perpendicular axis of optical coordinates at the upper part of the body wall, Iu(010) is a diffraction intensity of the index of plane (010) when the X-ray is incident perpendicular to the container wall surface and the direction of the container is a perpendicular axis of the coordinates at the upper part of the body wall, IL(-110) is a diffraction intensity of the index of plane (-110) when the X-ray is incident perpendicular to the container wall surface and the direction of the container is perpendicular to the axis of the coordinates (at a lower part of the body wall, and IL(010) is a diffraction intensity of the index of plane (010) when the X-ray is incident perpendicular to the container wall surface and the direction of the container is perpendicular to the axis of the coordinates. |
