Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable lightweight device which enables a portable capture device such as a portable scanner and a digital camera to conveniently sends captured information to another communication device. SOLUTION: As the embodiment of this invention, the smart charger is equipped with a housing with a 1st interface adapted for connection to a 1st communication device for power transmission and data transmission, a 2nd interface adapted for connection to a power source, and a 3rd interface adapted for connection to a 2nd communication device, a charger which is arranged in the housing and then connected to the 2nd interface to receive electric power and to the 1st interface to provide charged electric power, and a control module which is arranged in the housing and communicates information between the 1st interface and 3rd interface.
