Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which performs feature image recognition and feature image discrimination on a two-dimensional spatially regulated strength image. SOLUTION: The intensity image can be divided into blocks and each block having plural image pixels includes a memory storage unit, an image processor, and a discrete cosine transformed divided intensity image filter output signal feature identifier. The image processor is coupled with the memory storage unit and includes a discrete cosine transformation(DCT) divided intensity image filter which is adapted so as to provide a discrete cosine transformed divided intensity image filter output signal in response to the spatially regulated intensity image.
