Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic settlement server for discovering the illegal use of a credit card in its early stages. SOLUTION: The electronic settlement server having a settlement processing means for receiving personal information and settlement amount information read by a card reader and performing settling processing of this settlement amount based on this personal information, has a means for retrieving and specifying the number or address of a mobile terminal owned by an individual on the basis of the personal information and a means for transmitting the settlement confirmation information of the settlement amount to the mobile terminal before performing settling processing. Further, this server has a means for receiving a settlement refusal notice to the settlement confirmation information from the mobile terminal and when this settlement refusal notice is received, settling processing in the settling processing means is stopped.
