Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed mechanism capable of preventing imperfect contact or faulty conduction caused by the adhesion of an adhesive matter to a contact part between a shaft part and a terminal for feed and the wear of the contact part in constitution that specified voltage is fed to a rotating body made rotatable centering the shaft part. SOLUTION: A feed bearing 11 connected to a bias power source 13 and constituted to form a feed circuit 14 is used as a bearing for supporting the rotary shaft 24 of a developing roller. Thus, the imperfect contact caused by the wear of the contact part is prevented from occurring. Then, the bearing 11 is equipped with a cleaning part 12 on the developing roller side. Therefore, the imperfect contact or the faulty conduction caused by the adhesive matter such as scattering toner or NOX easily adhering to the surface of the shaft 24 is prevented.
