SOLUTION: Wire brush storage parts 21 for storing wire brushes 30 for connection is provided in tail parts in horizontal frames 5A and 5B sides in slide faces between the horizontal sides 5A and 5B and width widening barrels 3L and 3R, and in widening the width, doors 22-24 provided in the bottom face 21b of the wire brush storage part 21 are slid to open the bottom and develop the wire brush 30 on the outer circumference 9m of a segment 9z installed in a position corresponding to the slide face.
