Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of installing an apparatus to a fuel tank reducing manhours, having a simple structure and improving vibration control performance. SOLUTION: This installing structure for installing the apparatus 11 in the resin fuel tank 10 by penetrating through the inside and outside is constituted as follows. An installing cylinder 19 for surrounding an inserting hole 18 is integrally formed in the fuel tank 10. A boot 21 composed of an elastic body is put over an outer peripheral surface 19a of the installing cylinder 19 and an outer peripheral surface 15a exposed outside from the installing cylinder 19 in the apparatus 11 inserted into the inserting hole 18. The boot 21 is fastened to the outer peripheral surface 19a of the installing cylinder 19 and the outer peripheral surface 15a of the apparatus 11 by fasteners 22, 23 to thereby install the apparatus 11 in the installing cylinder 19.
