Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health processed food extremely effective for human health maintenance, applicable to all the processed foods, and feasible through a relatively easy process and also at a low cost. SOLUTION: This health processed food can be obtained by mixing powder of Caiapo potato (ipomea batas L) and/or Agaricus mushroom into an existing raw material for processed foods such as meat processed foods, vegetable processed foods or fishery processed foods, kneading the thus produced mixture, namely through the ordinary processing process for the processed foods. This processed food can bring an extremely excellent effect for the human health maintenance because the excellent nutrient of Caiapo potato (ipomea batas L) or Agaricus mushroom is included therein in addition to the nutrient ordinarily held in the processed food.
