Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for securing connection of a cellular network 10 and an SS7 network 14 between the networks. SOLUTION: This method includes a step to receive the TCAP message 22 sent from a cellular network 10 via a TCP/IP port, a step to decide the SS7 regulation data for the TCP/IP port, a step to decide an address of the network 14 from the SS7 preparation data, a step to generate an SS7 message 26 by adding an SS7 message parameter field and data to the message 22 and a step to send the message 26 to the destination of the network 14.
