Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deterioration of a phosphor layer caused by excess electric charge on a display panel, and to make the life of a display device longer. SOLUTION: The display panel 7 is composed of a substrate 1, a phosphor layer 5 emitting light by an electron flown from a vacuum space and an anode electrode 4 for guiding the electron towards the phosphor layer 5. The anode electrode 4 is comprised of a layer of lower electrode 2 and a layer of upper electrode 3. The layer of lower electrode 2 is provided on the substrate 1, the phosphor layer 5 is provided on the layer of lower electrode 2, and the layer upper electrode 3 is provided on the phosphor layer 5.
