SOLUTION: This multi-spot measurement device for performing multi-spot measurement by using plural detachable measurement modules whose units are the plural measurement channels is provided with an operation screen display part for displaying the images of the measurement terminal parts of the respective measurement modules mounted at present, a selection means for selecting at least one optional measurement channel from the images of the measurement terminal parts displayed on the operation screen and a measurement information display part for displaying information relating to the measurement of the measurement channel selected by the selection means.
