Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high stress and rigid connecting part at a connecting part of a column and beam, without making use of a conventional diaphragm, and to gain an excellently workable connecting part of the column and beam by omitting a complete joint penetration welding and electro slug welding between a diaphragm and a column. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped stiffening member 3 is installed horizontally on outside surfaces of four corners angled parts at a steel column 1 by a fillet welding 4 while approaching to a beam flange 2a in a connecting part to which an H-shaped steel beam 2 is installed to a side of the steel column 1 consisting of an angle-shaped steel pipe column and a box type cross sectional column erected by welding. As a result of this, a bearing strength and a rigidity in the connecting part of the column and beam are secured by a deformed binding effect of columns cross section from the stiffening member 3, omitting a conventional diaphragm, a full penetration welding and electroslag welding.
