Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for mass producing ink jet head while reducing the production cost by facilitating adhesion of a drive electrode 4 through plating. SOLUTION: A large number of grooves 2 of a specified depth forming the pressurizing chambers of an ink jet head are made in parallel in the surface of a piezoelectric plate 1 polarized in a specified direction, a sealing material 12 of a specified thickness is bonded to the bottom face of the groove 2, inside of the groove 2 is coated entirely with a specified metal film 15 and then the sealing material 12 is removed.
