HULLED MATTER WINNOWING DEVICE FOR HUSKING SEPARATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sorting of mixer rice composed of unpolished rice and paddy and abortive grains in hulled matter and the separating and removing of the power dust included in the abortive grains. SOLUTION: A suction winnowing section (B) for winnowing the hulled matter of the husking separator is communicated with a suction dust discharge fan (6) provided with a primary winnowing passage (4) and secondary winnowing passage (5) erected to slightly backwardly incline in the upper part from the upstream side and downstream side of a grain stagnating section (3) formed in mid-way of a downflow trough (2). The grain stagnating section (3) is provided with spring-out vanes (7) which diagonally upwardly spring out to the secondary winnowing passage (5). An impact surface (9) of the mixed rice sprung out by the spring-out vanes (7) is constituted in the middle part of the rear wall (8) of the winnowing path (5) and a deflection surface (11) which backwardly changes the direction is constituted in the upper part of the front wall (10), respectively. In such a case, an abortive grain take-out path (12) is preferably constituted on the rear side in the upper part of the secondary winnowing passage (5).
