Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supercritical water oxidation decomposition which does not discharge wastewater containing salts outside a treatment system even when the salts of a high concentration are contained in fluid subjected to the supercritical water oxidation decomposition. SOLUTION: In the apparatus which has a material supply system for supplying a material containing organic substances to a reactor and the reactor 7 for oxidizing and decomposing the material in the presence of supercritical water and an oxidizing agent and in which inorganic salts are contained in primary wastewater for cooling the fluid discharged from the reactor, an evaporation-to-dryness means 10 for evaporating the primary wastewater to dryness to obtain the solid inorganic salts and steam and a cooling means 11 for cooling the steam to obtain condensed water are provided.
