Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse analyzing device, capable of improving pulse analyzing precision by compensating the variation of pulse intervals due to various influences. SOLUTION: This pulse analyzing device is provided with a first pulse- detecting means 5a for detecting pulses with a plurality of different periods, a second pulse-detecting means 5a for detecting a pulse with a complementary period for compensating each period interval of the pulse to be detected by the first pulse-detecting means, and a pulse analyzing means 5 for analyzing the pulse by compensating the period error of the pulse detected by the first pulse-detecting means, on the basis of the pulse detection results from first and second pulse-detecting means.
