Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter which is miniaturized, can highly accurately control a phase and does not generate inter modulation. SOLUTION: Signals propagated on two microstrip lines are capacitively coupled with an insulator in the line overlapping two microstrip lines. The overlapped line length is changed and the phase is controlled. The plural line lengths are simultaneously changed in a fixed ratio so that respective phases are highly accurately controlled.
