SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTENTS DISTRIBUTION, CONTENTS CENTER, REPEATING TERMINAL, AND USER PORTABLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents distribution system which is inexpensive and safe. SOLUTION: The contents distributing method has a step for sending plural pieces of order-receivable contents data successively and in one direction from a contents center to a repeating terminal together with a distribution contents ID, a step for receiving the pieces of contents data and distribution contents ID at the repeating terminal, a step for receiving user's orders at the repeating terminal and discriminating contents data corresponding to the orders among the pieces of contents data received from the contents center, and a step for sending the discriminated contents data to the user portable terminal or a removable recording medium of the user portable terminal. The contents center itself need not discriminate the contents data corresponding to the orders, so the facilities of the contents center can greatly be simplified to lower the distribution cost.
