Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic control device absorbing an earthquake energy using a superplastic material and reducing and reducing the earthquake response. SOLUTION: This seismic control device is formed of an energy absorption panel made of the superplastic material and having fitting parts with a lot of bolt holes in the circumferential part of a flat-plate shear deformation parts; planar restraint plates slidably applied along the both faces of the shear deformation parts in the energy absorption panel; and a plurality of connecting members integrally fitted to the both faces of respective fitting parts of the energy absorption panel by bolts and formed into a parallelogram link by connecting respective intersections by pins so as to be possible of shear deformation. An overhang part slidably restricting the restraint plate to a paired connecting members or all the connecting members is provided into such a shape and a dimension as securing the movement clearance of the parallelogram link.
