Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparation of a high internal phase emulsion (hereinafter referred to as HIPE) polymer which prevents leakage of water in oil HIPE and which thickens the resultant layer even at the both edges and keeps the thickness and which prevents insufficient polymerization caused by decrease in oxygen and which maintains sheets such as upper sheets. SOLUTION: The preparation method of a porous cross-linked polymer comprises horizontal continuous polymerization of an HIPE, wherein walls are used at the both edges in the width direction of a,support used for the horizontal continuous polymerization of the HIPE.
