BRAIN ELECTRODE FIXING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide brain electrode fixing device which facilitates the installing work of a brain electrode fixing device and inserting work of an electrode into a brain and enables an operator to obtain the sufficient inserting precision of the electrode. SOLUTION: The brain electrode fixing device for inserting the electrode of an electrode wire held at an electrode holder into the brain through a hole bored at a cranial bones to measure the potential variation of a measuring site in the brain by the electrode is provided with a case to be placed and fixed at the cranial bones so as to surround the hole, an electrode holder arranged slidably along the inner surface of the case and one screw rod screwed to nearly the center of the electrode holder to be supported rotatably to the case.
