PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement means which does not limit the moving range in a virtual space. SOLUTION: A vector calculation part 13 calculates an approximate vector showing the tilt of the upper half of a body from the positional information from sensors 201-203 attached to the head, shoulder and waist which is measured via a measurement part 12. A direction calculation part 14 and a moving direction calculation part 15 decide a moving direction from the tilting direction of the approximate vector, and a tilt calculation part 16 and a moving speed calculation part 17 decide a moving speed according to the magnitude of tilting of the approximate vector. Then an image that moves in a virtual space in the decided direction and at the decided speed is displayed with an instruction given from a display part 18 to an image display device 30.
