PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a prior art dehumidifier having a difficulty that a body is easily moved longitudinally upon operation of an operation of an operation switch and upon demounting of a drain tank when fully filled with water to cause bad operability by making use of four free casters provided to facilitate the movement of the body. SOLUTION: At least on con the side of an operation switch 7 among four casters provided on a lower surface of a bottom plate 4 of a body 1 is constructed with a fixed caster 6 movable only in one direction, and the direction of the fixed caster 6 is provided laterally with respect to a front surface of the body 1. The other casters are constructed with a free caster 5 movable in an arbitrary direction, whereby the body 1 is prevented from moving longitudinally upon operation of the operation switch 7 and upon demounting of a drain tank 3.
