Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable machine tool having one safety clutch in a driving system, on which the safety clutch has clutch members 14, 16 to transmit torque around an axis of rotation as its center, these clutch members are connected to each other through engagement members 22, 24, the engagement members are loaded by a spring 18 and held in a guide passage 20 and devised to be disengaged at the time of exceeding specified torque, the spring 18 is supported through guide members 26, 28 in a direction toward the engagement members 22, 24 and the guide members are guided to prevent revolution around an axis extending in parallel with the axis of rotation through a guide surface 30 in the guide passage 20 as their center. SOLUTION: It is possible to provide long longevity on a portable machine tool capable of avoiding transmission of a bending moment to a spring by an engagement member, breakage of the spring, contact of the spring and a passage wall part, a needless load due to it and damage of the spring, and especially capable of rotating at high speed.
