SOLUTION: In this motion guide device 10 having a track member 11, a moving body 12 installed on the track member 11 in a state relatively movable in the lengthwise direction, a large number of rolling bodies 16 interposed between the track member 11 and the moving body 12 and the inner seal 15 being interposed between the track member 11 and the moving body 12 in a state integrally movable with the moving body 12 to the track member 11 and arranging the seal lip 41 in the lengthwise direction for sealing a load rolling traveling passage R of the rolling bodies 16 to an external part, a support means 42 having a spring constant smaller than the seal lip is arranged between the inner seal 15 and the moving body 12.
