Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-yellowing fluororesin laminate retaining its transparency by providing an ultrathin adhesion treatment layer of high adhesive force on a fluororesin in order to make the adhesion and composite formation of the fluororesin with another material steadfast, and to provide a method for producing such a resin composite. SOLUTION: This fluororesin composite is obtained by providing the surface of a fluororesin molded product with an ultrathin film of metal, metal oxide and/or metal chalcogenide or an ultrathin film of a polymer made from a polymerizable organic material and then by either adhesion of a material other than the fluororesin via an adhesive layer on the above ultrathin film or directly providing a coating layer on the ultrathin film.
