Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a glass member which enables omitting the edge treatment after cutting the glass member and the cleaning processing accompanying the edge treatment in the producing method of the glass member. SOLUTION: In order to prevent the edge treatment and the subsequent cleaning, this producing method of the glass member to which bending and/or prestress is imparted is constituted of the following processes. An unprocessed glass plate is manufactured and is cut into a prescribed size. The cutting into the prescribed size is performed by laser. After the glass plate is cut into the prescribed size, bending and/or prestress is applied to the cut glass plate.
