Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compression equipment for object assembly to be welded, by which a difference in temperature between the object assembly to be welded whose temperature is increased in a vacuum and a stud bolt, can be solved. SOLUTION: The equipment is equipped with end blocks 1, 2 abutting on both end faces of the object assembly S to be welded constituted by lining up in series plural objects D to be welded through liners 3, 4 made of ceramics, plural stud bolts 5 and stoppers 6, 7 making both end blocks 1, 2 approach each other and which can compress the assembly S, a member 10 for temperature correcting, whose external area and heat capacity are almost equal to them of the assembly S, and a heat pipe 11 as a heat transfer means connecting each stud bolt 5 to the member 10 for temperature correcting.
