Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device capable of solving all the problems of conventional toilet seat devices such as easiness to have dust or contamination stored to cause uncleanliness, easiness of discharge of a heat exchanger contained inside to deteriorate efficiency, and unrefined appearance to reduce design effect, and achieving a similar usabiltiy to that of the conventional devices. SOLUTION: This toilet seat device 700 is provided with a main body 702 having a device containing space, and a toilet seat 704 supported by a support part 706 close to a rear top part of the main body 702 to be freely opened and closed, and the center of gravity B of the toilet seat device 700 when the toilet seat 704 is opened is set ahead of the support part 706.
