SOLUTION: This paddy field working machine in which a paddy field working device is connected to the rear portion of a travel frame having an engine loaded on the front portion through a link mechanism is characterized by attaching a balance weight 40 a front frame for supporting the engine in such a state as covering the front frame from the forward direction and further forming narrow portions 40a, 40b capable of being gripped on both the sides of the balance weight 40.
